Uma das principais causas de mortes de=20 trabalhadores se deve a acidentes envolvendo quedas de = pessoas=20 e de materiais. Muitos acidentes tem acontecido nas = atividades=20 de pintura, manuten=E7=E3o e conserva=E7=E3o de = fachadas de edif=EDcios.=20

Este manual servir=E1 aos S=EDndicos e = contratantes de=20 servi=E7os de manuten=E7=E3o de fachadas como uma = fonte sobre alguns=20 conceitos das NRs do MTE para subsidiar suas a=E7=F5es = de forma a=20 eliminar ou reduzir os riscos nas atividades = realizadas pelos=20 trabalhadores.

O descumprimento das Normas=20 Regulamentadoras podem gerar multas e interdi=E7=E3o = dos servi=E7os=20 pela DRT (Delegacia Regional do Trabalho). Estat=EDsticas afirmam que no setor da = Constru=E7=E3o=20 Civil ainda morrem muitos trabalhadores.

O = Minist=E9rio do Trabalho e=20 Emprego (MTE), =E9 o =F3rg=E3o federal respons=E1vel = pela=20 regulamenta=E7=E3o de a=E7=F5es aplic=E1veis =E0s = rela=E7=F5es do trabalho,=20 obrigando todos os empregadores a atender nos = ambientes de=20 trabalho os requisitos m=EDnimos de prote=E7=E3o da = seguran=E7a e=20 sa=FAde do trabalhador, atrav=E9s das Normas = Regulamentadoras=20 sobre Seguran=E7a e Sa=FAde do Trabalhador, as NRs.=20

Norma Regulamentadora N=BA1 =

=C9=20 obriga=E7=E3o do empregador de mostrar os riscos = existentes nas=20 atividades dos funcion=E1rios e treinar sobre as = medidas=20 preventivas que devem aplicar para prevenir acidentes = no=20 desempenho do trabalho. - = EPI=20 Equipamentos de Prote=E7=E3o Individual

EPI = =E9 todo=20 dispositivo de uso individual, para proteger a sa=FAde = e a=20 integridade f=EDsica do trabalhador. S=F3 poder=E1 ser = comercializado e utilizado, se possuir o Certificado = de=20 Aprova=E7=E3o - CA, expedido pelo MTE, n=BA que consta = no pr=F3prio=20 equipamento.

Toda empresa =E9 obrigada a = fornecer aos=20 empregados, gratuitamente, EPI adequado ao risco e em = perfeito=20 estado de conserva=E7=E3o e funcionamento. =

Obriga-se o=20 empregador, quanto ao EPI, a:
a) adquirir o = tipo=20 adequado =E0 atividade do empregado;
b) treinar o=20 trabalhador sobre o seu uso adequado e tornar seu uso=20 obrigat=F3rio;
c) substitu=ED-lo quando danificado = ou=20 extraviado, higieniza-lo e fazer sua manuten=E7=E3o;=20

Obriga-se o empregado, quanto ao EPI, = a:

Andaimes suspensos dever=E3o possuir placa de=20 identifica=E7=E3o, em local vis=EDvel, onde conste a = carga m=E1xima de=20 trabalho permitida




A=20 sustenta=E7=E3o de andaimes suspensos s=F3 poder=E1 = ser apoiada ou=20 fixada em elemento estrutural da edifica=E7=E3o e = dever=E1 ser feita=20 por meio de vigas, afastadores ou outras estruturas = met=E1licas.=20 A extremidade do dispositivo de sustenta=E7=E3o, = voltada p/ o=20 interior da constru=E7=E3o, deve ser adequadamente = fixada,=20 constando essa especifica=E7=E3o do projeto=20 emitido.

Construtoras n=E3o costumam deixar pontos de = ancoragem=20 definitivos nos edif=EDcios. Anos ap=F3s a = constru=E7=E3o, a=20 necessidade de realizar servi=E7os de manuten=E7=E3o = em fachadas=20 induzem a ancoragem de cabos guia e de sustenta=E7=E3o = em pontos=20 improvisados, com risco de = acidentes.

DECRETO N=BA=20 46.076 DE 31/08/2001. POLICIA MILITAR DO ESTADO DE = S=C3O PAULO -=20 CORPO DE BOMBEIROS: Acesso de guarni=E7=F5es de = bombeiros na=20 edifica=E7=E3o por meio de ponto de = ancoragem.

Toda=20 edifica=E7=E3o com altura superior a 12,0 m deve = possuir pelo=20 menos um ponto de ancoragem, destinado a atender cada = fachada,=20 localizado na ultima laje e com acesso f=E1cil aos = bombeiros e=20 ocupantes da edifica=E7=E3o.

Ponto=20 de ancoragem: =E9 um dispositivo para = ancoragem de=20 cordas para retirada de v=EDtimas e acesso de = bombeiros na=20 edifica=E7=E3o e =E1rea de risco. Deve ser = constitu=EDdo de material=20 resistente a intemp=E9ries, n=E3o provocar abras=E3o = ou esfor=E7os=20 cortantes nas cordas e resistir a esfor=E7os de = tra=E7=E3o de 3.000=20 Kgf.

=C9 proibida a fixa=E7=E3o de sistemas de = sustenta=E7=E3o=20 dos andaimes por meio de sacos com areia, pedras, = latas ou=20 qualquer outro meio similar.

Pode-se utilizar sistema = contrapeso como=20 forma de fixa=E7=E3o dos andaimes suspensos, desde que = este atenda=20 as seguintes especifica=E7=F5es m=EDnimas:
a) ser = invari=E1vel=20 (forma e peso especificados no projeto);
b) ser = fixado =E0=20 estrutura de sustenta=E7=E3o dos andaimes;
c) ser = de concreto,=20 a=E7o ou outro s=F3lido n=E3o granulado, com seu peso = conhecido e=20 marcado de forma indel=E9vel em cada = pe=E7a.

Cadeira Suspensa: =
Quando=20 n=E3o for poss=EDvel a instala=E7=E3o de andaimes, =E9 = permitida a=20 utiliza=E7=E3o de cadeira suspensa (balancim=20 individual).

O trabalhador deve utilizar cinto de = seguran=E7a=20 tipo p=E1ra-quedista, ligado ao trava-quedas em = cabo-guia=20 independente.
O sistema de fixa=E7=E3o da = cadeira=20 suspensa deve ser independente do cabo-guia do = trava-quedas.=20
Esta cadeira deve apresentar na sua estrutura, em=20 caracteres indel=E9veis e bem vis=EDveis, a raz=E3o = social e=20 o n=FAmero do CNPJ do fabricante.
A = sustenta=E7=E3o da=20 cadeira deve ser feita por meio de cabo de = a=E7o ou=20 cabo de fibra sint=E9tica (corda de poliamida). =

A grande maioria das =A8cadeirinhas=A8 = utilizadas em=20 servi=E7os de fachada s=E3o de fabrica=E7=E3o = artesanal. S=E3o=20 consideradas, pelos trabalhadores, mais f=E1ceis de = utilizar,=20 mais leves e mais baratas, por=E9m s=E3o perigosas e = seu uso =E9=20 proibido.

A cadeira = suspensa deve=20 dispor de:

sistema c/ dispositivo de descida com = dupla trava=20 de seguran=E7a, se sustentada por cabo de fibra=20 sint=E9tica






sistema dotado com dispositivo de subida = e descida,=20 c/ dupla trava de seguran=E7a, se sustentada por cabo = de=20 a=E7o.






Os cabos de a=E7o e = de fibra=20 sint=E9tica devem ser fixados por meio de dispositivos = que=20 impe=E7am seu deslizamento e desgaste e devem ser = substitu=EDdos=20 quando apresentarem condi=E7=F5es que comprometam a = sua=20 integridade em face da utiliza=E7=E3o a que estiverem = submetidos.=20

CUIDADOS COM CABO DE FIBRA SINT=C9TICA=20

Cabos de fibra sint=E9tica devem ser = dotados de=20 alerta visual amarelo.
Estes cabos dever=E3o contar = com=20 r=F3tulo contendo as seguintes informa=E7=F5es: = Material=20 constituinte: poliamida, di=E2metro de 12mm, = Comprimento em=20 metros e aviso: "CUIDADO: CABO PARA USO = ESPEC=CDFICO EM=20 CADEIRAS SUSPENSAS E CABO-GUIA DE SEGURAN=C7A PARA = FIXA=C7=C3O DE=20 TRAVA-QUEDAS".

Tran=E7ado externo em = multifilamento de poliamida.

N=F3 enfraquece a = corda no=20 local da curvatura com perda de resist=EAncia de at=E9 = 60%. Curvas=20 mais acentuadas sacrificam mais a estrutura da corda. = Esfor=E7o=20 cont=EDnuo, causa danos menores do que um esfor=E7o de = impacto.

INSPE=C7=C3O:=20 Antes de cada uso, a corda deve ser inteiramente = inspecionada.=20 Inspe=E7=E3o externa e interna: verificar a capa , = di=E2metro=20 constante, sem cortes nem fios partidos, sem desgastes = por=20 abras=E3o e sem suspeita de contamina=E7=E3o por = produto qu=EDmico=20 nocivo =E0 sua estrutura. A corda n=E3o deve = apresentar caro=E7o,=20 inconsist=EAncia =E0 dobra, emagrecimento da alma = (parte interna)=20 e folga entre capa e alma.

MANUTEN=C7=C3O:
= poliamida envelhece em=20 contato com o ar, mesmo sem ser usada.
1. = Mant=EA-la:=20 limpa, afastada de produtos qu=EDmicos nocivos = (=E1cidos), cantos=20 cortantes e piso das obras. Jamais pis=E1-la com = sapatos sujos.=20 Part=EDculas de areia, terra e p=F3 penetram nas = fibras e causam=20 grande desgaste dos fios durante o uso.
2.=20 Armazen=E1-la: em local seco, =E0 sombra, sem = contato com piso=20 de cimento, fontes de calor, sol, produtos qu=EDmicos, = abrasivos=20 ou cortantes.
3. Lav=E1-la: com sab=E3o = neutro, =E1gua com=20 temperatura de at=E9 30=B0 e escova com cerdas macias = (pl=E1sticas).=20 Nunca use detergente. Deixar secar ao ar livre, longe = da luz=20 solar.

CUIDADOS COM CABO DE A=C7O =

Cabos de a=E7o de tra=E7=E3o n=E3o podem = ter emendas nem=20 pernas quebradas que possam vir a comprometer sua = seguran=E7a.=20

N=E3o permita que o cabo de a=E7o tome a forma = de um=20 pequeno la=E7o, pois =E9 o come=E7o de um n=F3. Feito = um n=F3 a=20 resist=EAncia do cabo =E9 muito reduzida. =

Coloca=E7=E3o dos=20 grampos:. Para cabos at=E9 5/8" use no m=EDnimo 3=20 grampos.

Importante:=20 os grampos devem ser montados de maneira correta e = reapertados=20 ap=F3s o in=EDcio de uso do cabo de = a=E7o.

Manuseio do cabo de a=E7o:
= cabo de a=E7o=20 deve ser enrolado e desenrolado corretamente, a fim de = n=E3o ser=20 estragado facilmente por deforma=E7=F5es permanentes e = forma=E7=E3o de=20 n=F3s fechados.



Substitua o cabo ou descarte o = peda=E7o do=20 cabo quando:
1. Existirem arames rompidos=20 vis=EDveis
2. Aparecer corros=E3o acentuada
3. = Os arames=20 externos se desgastarem mais do que 1/3 de seu = di=E2metro=20 original
4. O di=E2metro do cabo diminuir mais do = que 5% em=20 rela=E7=E3o a seu di=E2metro nominal
5. Aparecerem = sinais de=20 danos por alta temperatura no cabo 6. Aparecer = qualquer=20 distor=E7=E3o no cabo (dobra, amassamento ou gaiola de = passarinho).



MANUTEN=C7=C3O:=20 Manter cabos de a=E7o afastados de produtos = qu=EDmicos=20 nocivos (=E1cidos), abrasivos e cantos (vivos) = cortantes.=20 Armazen=E1-lo em local seco, por meio de carretel, = para f=E1cil=20 manuseio, sem tor=E7=E3o estrutural.

COMO = EVITAR CHOQUES=20 EL=C9TRICOS

* Fique longe dos fios e = equipamentos da=20 rede el=E9trica.
* Manuten=E7=E3o e limpeza de = fachadas e=20 atividades realizadas junto a redes el=E9tricas, = merecem=20 cuidados especiais como:

Contatar a = Concession=E1ria=20 para as orienta=E7=F5es adequadas =E0 tarefa a ser = realizada;=20 instalar barreira de madeira entre o eletricista e a = fia=E7=E3o=20 el=E9trica; Solicitar a instala=E7=E3o de protetor na = fia=E7=E3o=20 (baguete).

SERVI=C7OS EM = TELHADOS

Em=20 trabalhos em telhados, devem ser usados dispositivos = que=20 permitam a movimenta=E7=E3o segura dos trabalhadores, = sendo=20 obrigat=F3ria a instala=E7=E3o de cabo-guia de a=E7o, = para fixa=E7=E3o do=20 cinto de seguran=E7a tipo p=E1ra-quedista. =

Cabos-guia=20 devem ter suas extremidades fixadas =E0 estrutura = definitiva da=20 edifica=E7=E3o por meio de suporte de a=E7o = inoxid=E1vel ou outro=20 material de resist=EAncia e durabilidade=20 equivalentes.


Onde houver trabalhos em telhados, = deve existir=20 sinaliza=E7=E3o e isolamento no piso inferior para = evitar que os=20 trabalhadores sejam atingidos por eventual queda de = materiais=20 e equipamentos

=C9 proibido o trabalho em = telhado c/=20 chuva ou vento..

Trabalhador deve ser = orientado=20 que =E9 proibido qualquer tipo de carga concentrada = sobre as=20 telhas, pois este =E9 o principal motivo de acidentes = em=20 telhados.

Em virtude do tipo de telhado e da = sua=20 resist=EAncia, pode ser necess=E1rio utilizar uma = prancha apoiada=20 sobre as telhas para distribuir o peso.



TRABALHO = EM=20 FACHADAS

Procedimentos de = seguran=E7a a serem=20 observados na realiza=E7=E3o de servi=E7os de pintura = ou limpeza de=20 fachadas atendendo as exig=EAncias do Minist=E9rio do = Trabalho=20 contidas nas Normas Regulamentadoras

=B7 = Andaimes e=20 cadeiras suspensas s=F3 podem ser operadas por pessoas = habilitadas, treinadas e com aptid=E3o atestada em = exame=20 m=E9dico;
=B7 N=E3o utilizar andaimes e cadeiras = improvisados; =B7=20 Usar andaimes ou cadeira suspensa com cintur=E3o de = seguran=E7a=20 ligado a cabo guia c/ trava-quedas;

Todo servi=E7o realizado em = fachada exige um=20 planejamento dos seguintes itens:

=B7 = Defini=E7=E3o da=20 movimenta=E7=E3o nos beirais visando deslocamento = racional,=20 distante de rede el=E9trica e garantindo resist=EAncia = mec=E2nica de=20 todos os pontos de ancoragem de no m=EDnimo 1500 = kg.
=B7=20 Defini=E7=E3o dos materiais e equipamentos = necess=E1rios =E0=20 realiza=E7=E3o dos trabalhos .
